. Nominal Decree, announced from the Supreme Privy Council 
To the Senate.--
About the Expulsion from Russia the Jews Borkh and Leybov abroad, and rejection
of Otkup by these Jews of the pothouses (taverns) and customs duties.
On March 14
th
 We have indicated: by the report of the Senate, in the Smolensk
district, in the Court village of Zverovichy and the area, the Otkup

 of the Customs’ and
Pothouses’ duties given to the Jews Borkh and Leybov with their comrades, by the former
decree of the 26 of January 1725, and after the reckoning with these Jews by the contract,
shall be dismissed and they shall be expeled abroad immediately; and the revenue leasing
shall be given to the others, not Jewish. (P.P. S. 3., Vol. VII, No. 5,032).
